The Management Board of XTPL S.A. (the "Issuer") hereby announces thatin 2021 the Issuer's financial reports will be published on thefollowing dates:

- annual consolidated and standalone report for 2020 - on 27 April 2021;

- consolidated report for Q1 2021 - on 27 May 2021;

- consolidated half-yearly report for H1 2021 - on 28 September 2021;

- consolidated report for Q3 2021 - on 25 November 2021.

At the same time, the Issuer's Management Board advises that the Issuerwill not publish quarterly reports or consolidated quarterly reports forQ4 2020 and Q2 2021.

Moreover, the Issuer's Management Board advises that the consolidatedquarterly and half-yearly reports will contain quarterly andhalf-yearly, respectively, condensed standalone financial statements.
