The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 29 January2021 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MARRegulation from Mr. Adam Radzki - Member of the Management Board of theCompany, about selling on 28 January 2021 a total of 500 shares of theCompany, at a price of PLN 840.00 per share.
