Management Board of KSG Agro S.A. based in Luxembourg(the "Issuer") informs about the increase of own exports of plantproduction in 2020 by 46% compared to 2019. During 2020, the Issuerdelivered 7,772 tons of cereals and food products to foreign recipientsin Africa and Asia, while in 2019 the total export volume of thatproducts did not exceed 5.3 thousand tons. Last year, the Issuersupplied 3 thousand tons of wheat flour and 172 tons of sugar to Libya,600 tons of barley to Oman and 4 thousand tons of corn to Malaysia. Thegoods were delivered in accordance with CFR, CIF Incoterms rules, incontainers. Thus, the export volume of wheat flour increased 3.6 timesin 2020 compared to 2019 — from 800 to 3 thousand tons.Themain recipients of the Issuer's products on the Asian and Africanmarkets are: Alfaras Food Industries and Bab Afriqiya (both — Misurata,Libya), Alwessam (Tripoli, Libya); Omani National Livestock Development,Dhofar Cattle Feed (both — Salalah, Oman) and Hassad food (Doha, Qatar)
