Announcement regarding the distribution of dividend
Quest Holdings SA (the 'Company') announces that the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of June 19, 2025, decided for the distribution of dividend amounting to a total amount of thirty cents (€ 0,30) per share (excluding the treasury shares held by the Company without eligibility to receive dividends).
The distribution amount is subject to a 5% tax withholding pursuant to articles 40 and 64 of the Law 4172/2013 (Government Gazette A' 167/23.07.2013), as amended by the Law 4646/2019, article 24 (Government Gazette A' 201/12.12.2019). As a result, the net payable amount will be € 0,2850 per share.
As of Monday, June 23, 2025, the Company's shares will be traded on the Athens Stock Exchange without entitlement to the above distribution (ex-dividend date).
Entitled to receive the dividend shall be all shareholders recorded in the register of the Dematerialized Securities System (DSS) administered by the "Hellenic Central Securities Depository S.A." as of Tuesday, June 24, 2025 (record date).
The payment date of dividends and prior years' retained earnings has been set for Friday, June 27, 2025, through the payor bank, Alpha Bank, as follows:

- Through the participants in the DSS (Banks and Brokerage/Securities Companies), according to the provisions of the DSS Operation Regulation of the Hellenic Central Securities Depository (ATHEXCSD).

- Especially in cases of payment of the dividend and of part of previous years' retained earnings to the legal heirs of deceased entitled shareholders, whose securities are kept in the Special Account of their S.A.T. ID in the DSS under ATHEXCSD custody, the disbursement process will be facilitated, following completion of the inheritance procedural steps, through any branch of the Alpha Bank network.
The amounts that will not be collected within a five (5) year period will be irrevocably reimbursed to the Greek State.
