The Management Board of KSG Agro S.A. based in Luxembourg informs
about the increase of the bank of land cultivated by the Issuer by 1500hectares.
As a result of the increase, the size of the Issuers land bank will be23,969 hectares.
The land bank was increased as a consequence of the lease ofagricultural land in the Kherson region.
