Receipt of notificationspursuant to Art. 69.1(2) and Art. 69a.1(3) of the Act on Public Offering

(the "Issuer"), with reference to current report6/2021 dated February 23, 2021, hereby reports that it received thefollowing notifications pursuant to Art. 69.1(2) and Art. 69a.1(3) ofthe Act dated July 29, 2005, on Public Offering, Conditions Governingthe Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, andPublic Companies: (i) the notification from J.P. Morgan AG on February26, 2021; and (ii) the notification from Credit Suisse Securities,Sociedad de Valores, S.A., Credit Suisse Group AG and Credit Suisse AG(together with the notification from J.P. Morgan AG, the "Notifications")on March 1, 2021, on sale of shares in the Issuer by J.P. Morgan AG andCredit Suisse Securities, Sociedad de Valores, S.A., to theinstitutional investors to whom the shares were allocated in the publicoffering, which the Issuer reported in current report no. 5/2021 datedFebruary 17, 2021. The sale of shares in the Issuer was carried out byentering into block trade transactions.
