Management Board of Berg Holding S.A. with registered office in Katowice[Company, Issuer] informs that the subsidiary company of the Issuer -NETSU S.A. concluded an agreement for the sale of heat pumps withadditional devices for the total amount of PLN 568,796.20 net + VAT.Underthe concluded contract, NETSU S.A. granted the Buyar a 2-year warrantyon the terms set out in the Civil Code and a 7-year warranty on theterms set out in the warranty documents. Moreover, either party mayterminate the contract by mutual agreement of the parties. The remainingterms of the agreement do not differ from those commonly used in thistype of agreement.In the opinion of the Issuer's ManagementBoard, the information on the conclusion of the sales contract isconfidential information due to the fact that its implementation willhave a significant impact on the financial income of the Issuer'sCapital Group.
