Thesubject of the signed letter of intent is to express an agreement, startnegotiations, establish the necessary conditions and final confirmationof the willingness to invest by CARLSON INVESMENTS ASI S.A. a maximumamount of EUR 2,000,000 (in words: two million Euro) in Epeer Sp. z o.o.
