Appointment of the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. for thenew, 11th term

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that on 23March 2021 the Supervisory Board of the Company, aiming to synchronisethe term and mandate, adopted resolutions on dismissal as of 15 April2021 of all members of the 10th term Management Board of KGHM PolskaMiedź S.A.:

1) Marcin Chludziński - President of the Management Board

2) Radosław Stach - Vice President of the Management Board (Production)

3) Katarzyna Kreczmańska-Gigol - Vice President of the Management Board(Finance)

4) Adam Bugajczuk -Vice President of the Management Board (Development)

5)Paweł Gruza - Vice President of the Management Board (InternationalAssets),

Moreover, the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces thaton 23 March 2021, the Company's Supervisory Board adopted resolutions onthe appointment of the following persons to the 11th term ManagementBoard of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. as of 16 April 2021:

1) Marcin Chludziński as a Member of the 11th term Management Board ofKGHM Polska Miedź S.A., assigning him the function of the President ofthe Management Board,

2) Andrzej Kensbok as a Member of the 11th term Management Board of KGHMPolska Miedź S.A., assigning him the function of the Vice President ofthe Management Board (Finance),

3) Adam Bugajczuk as a Member of the 11th term Management Board of KGHMPolska Miedź S.A., assigning him the function of the Vice President ofthe Management Board (Development),

4) Paweł Gruza as a Member of the 11th term Management Board of KGHMPolska Miedź S.A., assigning him the function of the Vice President ofthe Management Board (International Assets).

Information on the appointed Members of the Management Board of KGHMPolska Miedź S.A., as required by the Decree of the Minister of Financedated 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information publishedby issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalentinformation required by the laws of a non-member state, will be providedat a later date in the form of an individual current report.
