TheManagement Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: the "Company","Issuer"), informs about the conclusion of a publishing agreement withGolden Goose Entertainment, based in Dover (USA) on March 26th 2021.Under the agreement, the Issuer will release a mobile card game entitledMobbles Cards.

Thecontract is in line with the strategy of publishing casual games. In theopinion of the Management Board, the conclusion of the contract willhave an impact on the Company's results in the following periods. Therelease date will be announced later.
