Dates of publication of periodic reports in the financial year ending 30 June 2021

The Board of Directors of Coal Energy S.A. (the "Company") hereby releases the schedule of publication of its financial reports in the financial year 2020 commencing 1st July 2020 and ending 30th June 2021:

For semi-annual consolidated report for the 1st half of the financial year 2021 ("1H FY2021") the date of publication shall be: 8th April 2021

For 3rd quarter of the financial year 2021 ("3Q FY2021"): 28th May 2021

For the consolidated annual report for the financial year 2021 ("FY2021"), the date of publication shall be: 29th October 2021

The report for 3rd quarter financial year 2020 ("3Q FY2020") that was postponed will by published on 30th June 2021
