Dates of publication ofperiodic reports in the financial year 2021

Huuuge, Inc. (the"Issuer"), hereby announces the dates of publication ofperiodic reports in the financial year 2021:

1.Annual report: the Issuer'sannual report and consolidated annual report for the year 2020 -19.04.2021.

2.Quarterly reports: (i) theconsolidated quarterly report of the Issuer's group for the firstquarter of 2021 - 25.05.2021; (ii) the consolidated quarterly report ofthe Issuer's group for the third quarter of 2021 - 24.11.2021.

3.Half-year report: theconsolidated half-year report of the Issuer's group for the first halfof 2021 - 14.09.2021.

At the same time, the Issuer announces that:

(a)in accordance with §79.2 of the Regulationof the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018, on current and periodicinformation provided by issuers of securities and conditions forrecognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of anon-member state (the "Regulation"), the Issuer will notpublish quarterly reports or the consolidated quarterly reports for thesecond and fourth quarter of 2021; and

(b)in accordance with §62.1 and§62.3 of the Regulation, the Issuer will not publish separate quarterlyreports or half-year reports.

Legal basis: §80.1 and §80.4 of the Regulationof the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018, on current and periodicinformation provided by issuers of securities and conditions forrecognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of anon-member state.
