TheManagement Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: the "Company","Issuer"), informs that on April 12th 2021, the Issuer made an estimateddetermination of the Company's preliminary financial results for March2021.

Salesrevenues for March 2021 are expected at the level of PLN 1,7 million.Cumulatively, revenues for the period January - March 2021 are PLN 5,2million.

Thenet result for March 2021 is expected at the level of PLN 0,04 million.PLN. Cumulatively, the net result for the period January - March 2021 isPLN -0,27 million.

TheManagement Board informs that this report contains preliminary data,which may differ from the final data. The final information on theresult and sales revenues, will be included in the report for Q1 2021,which will be published on May 28, 2021 (in accordance with the schedulepublished by the Issuer in the current report No. 2/2021).
