The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as:the "Company", "Issuer"), informs that on April 22, 2021, an agreementfor a flexible revolving loan was concluded with mBank S.A., CorporateBranch in Bydgoszcz. The amount of the loan granted to the Company isPLN 4,000,000.00 (four million 00/100). The company may use the loanfrom the conclusion of the contract until April 11, 2024.

The limit granted to the Issuer increases the flexibility of makingbusiness decisions and will be used for investments in acquiring newtitles.
