Management Board (hereinafter referred to as: "Company","Issuer") with reference to ESPI report No. 2/2021 of January 20, 2021,informs that in the schedule of publication of periodic reports in 2021the words "and consolidated" are missing next to the date of publicationof the annual report for the year 2020.

Contentof the report before the correction:TheManagement Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as:"Company", "Issuer"), publishes the dates of publication of periodicreports in 2021:Individualannual report for 2020 - April 30, 2021.Quarterlyreport for the first quarter of 2021 - May 28, 2021.Semi-annualreport for the first half of 2021 - September 30, 2021.Quarterlyreport for the third quarter of 2021 - November 29, 2021.

Atthe same time, the Issuer informs that pursuant to § 79 sec. 2 of theRegulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current andperiodic information published by issuers of securities and conditionsfor recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of anon-member state (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), theIssuer will not publish quarterly reports for the second and fourthquarters of 2021.
