Signatory of a cooperation agreement leading to opening of a diagnosticlaboratory that utilizes Issuer's products and know-how.

Dolmedis the largest multidisciplinary healthcare provider in Wrocław andLower Silesia, offering a wide range of basic and specialist medicalservices, accepting the Polish National Health reimbursement schedulealong with the private reimbursement and individual private (for a fee)walk-ins. Dolmed has a multi-departmental, fully computerized clinic,employing about 200 people, including over 90 medical doctors of variousspecialties. Every year, the offered services are used by circa 150,000patients, across various medical procedures, mainly residents of theWrocław agglomeration.

TheManagement Board of the Company considered the action of Agreement sealas confidential information, because the launch of partnering laboratoryconfirms products' commercial viability, their applicability andinherent benefits therefrom, and thus indicative of, if theabove-mentioned Agreement is executed, a potential significant impact onthe future income situation of the Issuer, as well as on popularizingthe Genomtec technology and products themselves.
