TheManagement Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as:"Company", "Issuer"), with reference to the current report of ESPI No.56/2020, hereby informs that on May 4, 2021, the Issuer decided to makean early repayment of the third, fourth and fifth installments resultingfrom the arrangement in accelerated arrangement proceedings regardingthe Company, approved on November 5, 2020.

Capitalinstallments with the resulting interest will be paid to the bondholdersof series A bonds on May 19, 2021. As a result of the payment, theIssuer will repay all installments planned for 2021, including fourinstallments before the original date.

Theearly repayment of subsequent arrangement installments does not changethe payment date of the remaining arrangement installments.
