With reference to current report No. 82/2020 of 16 December 2020 and thecurrent report No. 7/2021 of 14 April 2021, the Management Board ofEnerga SA ("Company") informs that it received information on thepayment of a security deposit by the plaintiffs in the amount of PLN1,360,326.23 to secure the Company's claims arising in the performanceof the security decision. The security deposit was paid to the accountof the District Court in Gdańsk.
