TheManagement Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter: the "Company","Issuer"), informs that on May 11th 2021, the Issuer made an estimateddetermination of the Company's preliminary financial results for April2021.

Salesrevenues for April 2021 are expected at the level of PLN1,43million.Cumulatively, revenues for the period January - April 2021 are PLN6,62million.

Thenet result for April 2021 is expected at the level of PLN-0,66 million.Cumulatively, the net result for the period January - April 2021 is PLN-0,94 million.

TheManagement Board informs that this report contains preliminary data,which may differ from the final data. The final information on theresult and sales revenues will be included in reports for Q1 and H12021, which will be published by the schedule released by the Issuer inthe current report No. 2/2021.
