Pan Wojciech Szwarc pełni funkcję członka zarządu od 23 lipca 2018 r. W Benefit Systems S.A. jest odpowiedzialny za rozwój sieci partnerskiej a także za programy wsparcia, które Spółka kieruje do partnerów programu MultiSport.

Pan Wojciech Szwarc rozpoczął pracę w Benefit Systems S.A. w 2014 r. Uczestniczył w budowie sieci partnerskiej akceptacji kart MultiSport, zajmując stanowisko Dyrektora Działu Relacji Partnerskich. Posiada blisko 20-letnie doświadczenie biznesowe w zarządzaniu zarówno zespołami jak i współpracą z partnerami.

Jest absolwentem Akademii Wychowania Fizycznego im. Józefa Piłsudskiego w Warszawie. Ukończył również program managerski Strategic Leadership Academy oraz Business Management Executive Program w ICAN Institute oraz programy rozwojowe realizowane przez INSEAD (Francja) oraz IMD (Szwajcaria).

Mr Wojciech Szwarc has been serving on the Management Board of Benefit Systems since 23 July 2018. He is responsible for development of the partner network and for the support programmes addressed to the partners of the MultiSport Programme.

Mr Szwarc joined Benefit Systems in 2014. As the Director of the Partner Relations Department, he participated in establishing the MultiSport card partner network. He has nearly 20 years of business experience in managing teams and cooperating with partners.

He is a graduate of the Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw. He is also a graduate of the Strategic Leadership Academy, the Business Management Executive Programme of the ICAN Institute and of the development programmes supported by the Institut Europeen d'Administration des Affaires (INSEAD) (France) and by the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) (Switzerland).
