Recall and appointment of Management Board Members for a new joint termof office
The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered officein Warsaw (the "Company") hereby announces that on 19 May 2021, theSupervisory Board of the Company dismissed effective as of the end of 19May 2021, all the existing members of the Management Board and,concurrently, effective as of 20 May 2021, appointed the followingpersons to serve on the Management Board of the Company for the nextjoint four-year term of office:
1. Ms Emilia Rogalewicz;
2. Mr Bartosz Józefiak;
3. Mr Adam Radzki; and
4. Mr Wojciech Szwarc.
and agreed that the Management Board will continue to be composed offour persons.
The resumes of the members appointed to the Company's Management Boardare appended to this report.
In accordance with the representations of the appointed members of theCompany's Management Board, they do not conduct activities competitiveto the Company, nor do they participate in a competitive company aspartners in a civil partnership, a partnership or as members of a[governing] body of a competitive company, and they are not entered inthe Register of Insolvent Debtors, which is maintained pursuant to theprovisions of Act of 20 August 1997 on the National Court Register(Journal of Laws [Dz. U.] of 2017, item 700).
