The Management Board of Berg Holding S.A. with its registered office inKatowice [Company, Issuer] in reference to the ESPI current report No.23/2021 of April 8, 2021 on the launch of a franchise network, informthat a subsidiary of NETSU S.A. i.e. NETSU Dystrybucja Sp. z o.o.concluded the first franchise agreement with an entrepreneur running asole tradership, setting out the terms of cooperation in the sale ofheat pumps with the necessary equipment under the NETSU brand. Theconcluded franchise agreement provides for the exclusive operation of ashowroom in the city of Tarnowskie Góry and the Tarnowskie Górydistrict. The plans fordevelopment of the NETSU franchise networkincludethe opening of 50 new distribution points in Poland by the end of 2021and 120 new distrbution points in 2022. Ultimately, the company plans toopen about 300 distribution points throughout the country. In theopinion of the Issuer's Management Board, information on concluding afranchise agreement is confidential information due to the fact that itsimplementation will have a significant impact on the financial income ofthe Issuer's Capital Group.
