The Management Board of Berg Holding S.A. with registered office inKatowice [Company, Issuer] in reference to the ESPI current report No.66/2020 of November 20, 2020 [concerning concluding a developmentagreement covering the development of at least 4 photovoltaic farmprojects by the interdependent from Farmy Fotowoltaiki S.A. companyColumbus&Farmy Sp. z o.o.] informs that as a result of theimplementation of the company's strategy, Farma F12 Sp. z o.o.] signed acontract for the lease of land with an area of 155,7 ha for period of 29years in order to build photovoltaic farm with a total estimatedcapacity 130 MW. At he time of publishing this current report, SPVsjointly controlled by Farmt Fotowoltaiki S.A. finalized a total of 12agreements for long-term lease plots of land on which will arise aphotovoltaic farms with a capacity at least 324 MW.
