Pre-Annual General Meeting Information • Jun 2, 2021

The Management Board of CIECHSpółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company")herewith corrects its Current Report No. 19/2021 of 26 May 2021regarding draft resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of theCompany, convened for 22 June 2021, by changing the contents of:

1.ResolutionNo. 2 of the Annual General Meeting of the Company on the adoption ofthe agenda of the Annual General Meeting, and

2.ResolutionNo. 7 of the Annual General Meeting of the Company on the distributionof the net profit of CIECH S.A. for the financial year 2020, transfer ofthe amount from the supplementary capitals created from profit, whichmay be allocated to dividend payment, in order to allocate it to thepayment of dividends, and the dividend payment, and to determine thedividend record and the dividend payment dates.

Changes to the contents of theresolutions of the Annual General Meeting of the Company follow thechange in the recommendation of the Management Board of the Companyregarding the determination of the dividend record date, as advised bythe Company in its Report No. 20/2021 on 2 June 2021 and the change ofthe agenda of the Annual General Meeting of the Company, as advised bythe Company in its corrected Report No. 18/2021 on 2 June 2021.

The Management Board enclosesamended Resolution No. 2 and amended Resolution No. 7 of theAnnualGeneral Meeting of the Company. Considering the requirements of article402 § 2 of the Code of Commercial Companies the Management Boardpresents the statement of amendments to the Articles of Association ofthe Company.
