Dividend for 2020

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. hereby announces that on7 June 2021 the Ordinary General Meeting of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.adopted a resolution on the dividend payout in the amount of PLN 300 000000.00, representing PLN 1.50 per share.

The Ordinary General Meeting of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. set the following:

1) a dividend date for 2020 at 21 June 2021,

2) dividend payment date for 2020 at 29 June 2021.

All of the shares of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., i.e. 200 000 000, arecovered by the dividend.
