The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") informs that the onlyshareholder holding at least 5% of votes at the Ordinary General Meetingof the Company ("OGM") held on 14 June 2021 was PKN ORLEN S.A, entitledto 521,416,640 votes from the possessed shares, which represented 99.77%of the votes taking part in the OGM and constituted 93.28% of the totalnumber of votes in the Company.
