Elektrownia Słoneczna 86 Sp. z o.o. with its registered office inKatowice, 2. Elektrownia Słoneczna 95 Sp. z o.o. with its registeredoffice in Katowice, 3. Elektrownia Słoneczna 114 Sp. z o.o. with itsregistered office in Katowice. The SPVs will be responsible for theimplementation of 3 photovoltaic farms with a capacity of not less than50 MW and not more than 500 MW each.
