TheManagement Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as:"Company", "Issuer"), on June 23, 2021, adopted a resolution to repealthe resolution on increasing the capital within the limits of theauthorized capital of February 24, 2021 (hereinafter: the "Resolution").The repeal of the Resolution is related to the change in the Company'sapproach to the planned transaction. The increase of the share capitalwill be made at a later date after the Company obtains the confirmationof the possibility of implementing the effect intended by the Company inthe light of the arrangement approved in relation to the Company onNovember 5, 2020 in the accelerated arrangement procedure. The repeal ofthe resolution will also result in the termination of the agreements forthe subscription of shares and the purchase of bonds covered by thenotifications, about which the Company informed in the current reportNo. 15/2021.
