Changes in the Supervisory Board of the Company

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. ("the Company") herebyannounces that on 6 July 2021 the Extraordinary General Meeting of KGHMPolska Miedź S.A. appointed the following persons to the composition ofthe Supervisory Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.:

• Robert Kaleta;

• Katarzyna Krupa.

Information on the appointed Members of the Supervisory Board, asrequired by the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018regarding current and periodic information published by issuers ofsecurities and conditions for recognising as equivalent informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state, will be provided by theCompany at a later date in the form of an individual regulatory filing.
