Identificationof indications to verify the recoverable amount of international miningassets

TheManagement Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. ("the Company") announcesthat as a result ofreviewingthe technical and economic parameters of key international mining assetsbelonging to the KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Group andcurrentforecasts of pricing paths of commodities,indicationshave been identified of a possible change in the carrying amount ofthese assets in accordance with International Financial ReportingStandards which could impact the separate and consolidated financialstatements prepared as at 30 June 2021.

Theresults of the verification of the amounts of these assets will bedisclosed by the Company in a separate regulatory filing.
