Norwegian Block Exchange (NBX) and Globitex Holding AS Enter Strategic Partnership and Sign Share Swap Agreement
Oslo, June 19, 2025 – Norwegian Block Exchange AS (NBX), a leading Nordic crypto service provider and first norwegian listed active Bitcoin treasury company, today announced a strategic partnership and share swap agreement with Globitex Holding AS, the holding company of UAB Nexpay and Nexdesk.
Reference is made to the previous stock exchange announcement dated April 22, 2025. The agreement has now been signed.

The partnership will enable both companies to cross-sell services and products. Management is committed to working towards this mutual goal and has been actively developing synergies since the initial announcement. The ultimate goal remains a full merger offering a comprehensive spectrum of products and services in the new digital economy, including combining NBX's role as the exclusive issuer of the stablecoin USDM with traditional payment rails from Globitex.
