Pursuant to art. 70, (1) of the Law of 29 July 2005 on public offeringand the conditions for introducing financial instruments to theorganised trading system and on public companies, the Management Boardof Orange Polska S.A. ("Orange Polska") hereby announces that on August2, 2021 received from Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne TowarzystwoEmerytalne S.A. a notice on increasing its share ownership of OrangePolska shares from 4.95% to 5.00% and on August 3, 2021 received fromNationale-Nederlanden Open Pension Fund a notice on increasing its shareownership of Orange Polska shares from 4.96% to 5.01%.

As a result of all transactions referred to in the notifications,Nationale-Nederlanden Open Pension Fund as of August 3, 2021 holds 65781 918 shares, accounting for 5.01% of the share capital, correspondingto 5.01% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting ofShareholders of Orange Polska.
