[NETSU, Subsidiary] on August 16, 2021, completed worksrelated to the star of sales of NETSU heat pumps, i.e. FEHU SPLIT andURUZ MONOBLOK on the Amazon platform in German language counteirs. TheSubsidiary's products will be available in the Amazon store forcustomers with addersses from Germany and Austria. Orders from Amazonwill be carried out by the Issuer by sending pumps to a storing plant inGermany, from where individual shipments will go to local distributionwithin the destination country.
