The Management Board of Captor Therapeutics S.A. with its registeredoffice in Wrocław ("Company"), informs that on 27 August 2021 theCompany has entered into an agreement with LifeSci Advisors LLC, basedin New York, USA ("LSA"), under which LSA is to provide the Company withservices related to investor relations in foreign markets (including theUSA).
The purpose of the agreement is to increase the Company's exposure toforeign markets and further develop the Company's marketing activitieswith institutional investors. Conclusion of the agreement is part of theCompany's investor relations policy aimed at attracting internationalpartners and investors.
The agreement was concluded for 12 months with an option to terminateafter the first period of 3 months. If the agreement is not terminated,it renews for further 12-month periods.
The Company has classified the agreement as significant due to itsobjective.
