Standstill Commitments to hold shares of the company (article 787 B of the French General Tax Code)

On May 26, 2025, Mr. François FEUILLET and Mrs. Marie-Hélène FEUILLET jointly contributed the full ownership of 5.800.880 shares of the company to SEVAL, of which they own - and continue to own following this transaction - 100% of the share capital.

On May 28, 2025, in connection with this contribution, Mr. François and Mrs. Marie-Hélène FEUILLET, Mrs. Séverine SOUMMER-FEUILLET, Mrs. Alice CAVALIER-FEUILLET, and the simplified joint-stock companies SEVAL, PARSEV and ROMAX PARTICIPATIONS, members of the Feuillet family acting in concert, have signed a new standstill commitment to hold shares of the company with Mr. Stéphane GIGOU, President of the Executive Board, in accordance with article 787 B of the French General Tax Code (« Pacte DUTREIL »), coming in addition to those signed on August 24, 2022 and July 5, 2024.

In accordance with AMF position 2004-02, the following table details the characteristics of these three standstill commitments to hold shares:
