The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENT S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("the Issuer", "the Company") hereby informs that on 2 September 2021 it received information on the registration of a subsidiary company under the number KRS0000918687 by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register. Warszawy, XII Economic Division of the National Court Register, a subsidiary of the Issuer under the business name HELVEXIA PAY Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, registered in Warsaw (NIP: 5252874592), in which the Issuer took up 100% of shares representing 100% of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders. The share capital of the company established on 24 August 2021 amounts to PLN 5,000.00 ( say: five thousand 00/100).

In the near future the Issuer will inform more about the assumptions and development plans of the new company.
