REPRESENTATION

The Management Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. represents that to the best of its knowledge the interim condensed separate financial statements and the interim condensed consolidated financial statements for the periods January 1st–June 30th 2021 and April 1st–June 30th 2021, together with the comparative data, have been prepared in accordance with the applicable accounting policies and give a true and fair view of Grupa Azoty S.A.'s and the Grupa Azoty Group's assets, financial position and performance. The Director's Report on the operations of the Grupa Azoty Group in the period January 1st–June 30th 2021 gives a true view of the Group's development, achievements and position, and includes a description of key threats and risks.
