(Carlson Investment ASI S.A.), iż w dniu 13 września 2021 r. podpisała umowę inwestycyjną. Zarząd Spółki podaje niniejszą informację z uwagi na fakt, iż zawarcie umowy jest pierwszym etapem realizacji planów inwestycyjnych Carlson Investment ASI S.A., o czym Spółka informowała w trybie raportu ESPI nr 8/2021 z dn. 22 kwietnia 2021 r.

The Management Board of Carlson Investments S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the Company, the Issuer) informs that on 22.09.2021, was informed by a subsidiary of the Issuer, the company Carlson Investments Alternatywna Spółka Inwestycyjna S.A (Carlson Investment ASI S.A.)/ Carlson Investments Alternative Investment Company, that it signed an investment agreement on 13.09.2021. Under the agreement, Carlson Investments ASI S.A. subscribed for the founders' shares offered in the initial public offering of OceanTech Acquisitions | Sponsors LLC, a Company headquartered in Delaware, USA and listed on the US Nasdaq (ISIN US6755071072). OceanTech Acquisitions | Sponsors LLC according to the assessment of Carlson Investment ASI S.A. is an investment with high growth potential. OceanTech Acquisitions | Sponsors LLC is a SPAC created to acquire and consolidate companies in the yachting industry with positive cash flow from operations, characterised by high technological innovation. www.oceantechspac.com

In the opinion of the Issuer's Management Board, the new investment in the Carslon Investments S.A. group will translate into higher attractiveness of its operations. In the future it will also result in a satisfactory rate of return on the investment made.

The Management Board of the Company provides this information due to the fact that the conclusion of the agreement is the first stage of implementation of investment plans of Carlson Investment ASI S.A., of which the Company informed by way of ESPI Report No. 8/2021 dated 22 April 2021.
