In reference to the current report no. 26/2021 dated 1st September 2021,The Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. (_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;) informsthat it has received an information about the adoption by theExtraordinary General Meeting of the subsidiary Rottneros AB(_quot;Subsidiary_quot;) of the resolution regarding payment of dividend to itsshareholders, concluded on September 22nd, 2021.

Pursuant to the information published by the Subsidiary, theExtraordinary General Meeting set the dividend day on September 24, 2021and the dividend payment date on September 29, 2021.

The dividend to shareholders of Rottneros AB will be paid in the amountof SEK 68,657,366.00 (approx. 30,7 PLN million) which is SEK 0.45 pershare.

The Issuer owns 51.27% of total amount of shares and total amount ofvote rights in Rottneros AB. The payment of dividend in the approximateamount of PLN 16 million will have significant impact on the financialresults of the Company.
