Subject: Conclusionof the agreement for development of survival game

The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with aregistered office in Warsaw ("the Company") hereby announces that today,i.e. 15 October 2021 the Company and BatFields s.r.o. with itsregistered office in the Czech Republic ("BatFields")concluded an agreement for development of the game in the survival genre("Game", "Agreement"). In accordance with the provisions of theAgreement, the development of the Game will be made by BatFields incooperation with the Company and its internal team, that will includekey employees responsible for the Game, particularly creative andartistic directors, technical director and projects leaders. Pursuant tothe provisions of the Agreement the copyrights to the Game will be ownedby the Company. Thereby,this would be the third important IP inpublishing portfolio of the Company. The development of the Game will bebased on engine Unreal Engine 5 and the Game is planned to be releasedon PC platforms and latest console generations. BatFields is wellexperienced development team located in Brno.Theprovisions of the Agreement do not differ from those commonly applied tothose type of agreements.

In accordance with the Company's information policy,arelease date of the Game will be publicly announced in the ESPI currentreport.
