("the Company"), hereby presents a list ofshareholders who, at the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of theCompany ("the Shareholders' Meeting"), held on 26October 2021, held at least 5% of votes, with the specification of thenumber of votes vested in each of them in connection with theirshareholding, as well as an indication of their percentage share in thenumber of votes at such Shareholders' Meeting and in a total number ofvotes.

KI Chemistry S.À.R.L-26,952,052 shares and votes, a share in the number of votes at theShareholders' Meeting - 72,68%, a share in a total number of votes -51.14%.

AVIVA Otwarty FunduszEmerytalny AVIVA Santander-3,084,470 shares and votes, a share in the number of votes at theShareholders' Meeting - 8,32%, a share in a total number of votes -5,85%.

Nationale-NederlandenOtwarty Fundusz Emerytalny-2,729,000 shares and votes, a share in the number of votes at theShareholders' Meeting - 7,36%, a share in a total number of votes -5,18%.
