Admission and introduction to trading on the Main Market of the StockExchange of ordinary bearer series E shares of Benefit Systems S.A.

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw ("Issuer", "Company") in connection with the current reports No.31/2021 of 1 October 2021 and 40/2021 of 3 November 2021 announces thatit has become aware of the adoption by the Management Board of theWarsaw Stock Exchange ("WSE") Resolution No. 1144/2021 of 12 November2021 in which the Management Board of the WSE stated that pursuant to §19.1 of the WSE Rules, 39 255 series E ordinary bearer shares of theIssuer with a nominal value of PLN 1 each ("Shares"), coded by theCentral Securities Depository of Poland ("Depository") as PLBNFTS00091,are admitted to exchange trading on the parallel market.

At the same time, in the aforementioned resolution, the WSE ManagementBoard decided, pursuant to § 36, § 37 and § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the WSERules, in connection with § 3a items 1, 2 and 3 of the WSE Rules, tointroduce as of 19 November 2021 Shares to trading on the parallelmarket, conditional on the assimilation of Shares by the Depository on19 November 2021 with the shares of the Company traded on the stockexchange, coded PLBNFTS00018.
