The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with aregistered office in Warsaw ("the Company") with referenceto current report number 27/2021 dated 19thOctober 2021hereby informs about updated estimated consolidated financial dataofCI Games Capital Group S.A.forIII quarter2021.Theupdate of the financial data as regards the amount of estimatedconsolidated net profit for III quarter 2021 results from sale PLN 2.5mln higher than estimated by the Company in the current report number27/2021 and the increase in financial revenues by PLN 2.0 mln due topositive exchange rate differences.TheManagement Board of the Company hereby announces that the consolidatedsales revenues of CI Games Capital Group S.A. for III quarter of 2021amounted to PLN 32.7 mln (8% increase compared to estimated financialdata provided in current report number 27/2021) and consolidated netprofit for III quarter 2021 amounted to PLN 13.6 mln (39% increasecompared to estimated financial data provided in current report number27/2021).Additionally the Management Boardof the Company hereby informs that in the period from 1stJanuary 2021 to 30thSeptember 2021 estimated consolidatedsales of CI Games Capital Group S.A. amounted to PLN 81.9 mln andestimated consolidated net profit amounted to PLN 27.2 mln.
