Notification for technical error correction

Sofia, Bulgaria, November 19, 2021 - According to the requirements of art. 111, para. 8 of LPOS "Sopharma" AD (SFA: "BSE-Sofia" AD, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that due to a technical error in the Notification of insiders' transaction under art.19 of Regulation 596/2014, number 125/2021 should be read:

"Sopharma AD (the "Company") announces that it was notified by Mr. Ivan Badinski, Member of the Board of Directors and Procurator that he, executed the following transactions related to shares in the Company:
