Sofia, Bulgaria, December 2, 2021 - Sopharma AD (SFA: "BSE-Sofia" AD, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on December 1, 2021 the Company bought 2 600 000 own shares representing 1.9288% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 11 076 000 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was 4.260 BGN.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 12 911 467, representing 9.578% of the share capital of the Company.
