Sofia, Bulgaria, December 6, 2021 - Sopharma AD (SFA: "BSE-Sofia" AD, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on December 3, 2021 the Company bought 143 533 own shares representing 1.1065% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 631 545,20 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was 4.400 BGN.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 13 055 000, representing 9.685% of the share capital of the Company.
