The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with aregistered office in Warsaw ("the Company") hereby informsthat today, i.e. 16thDecember 2021 it adopted a resolutionon official opening, as of 16thDecember 2021, of a newdevelopment (production) studio located in Warsaw, under the name ofUnderdog Studio. Underdog Studio will be responsible for the productionof the games from the Sniper Ghost Warrior series. The team of UnderdogStudio consists of over fifty experienced developers.Legalbasis:_#160;Article 17 Section 1 inconnection with article 7 Section 1 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 ofthe European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on MarketAbuse (MAR).
