As part of theobjective of maximizing the Company's market value, the Management Boardof the Company has decided to consider a dual listing of the Company'sshares, i.e. introducing the Company's shares to trading also on thesecond capital market. Management Board of the Company takes intoaccount the London Stock Exchange or the Swedish Stock Exchange(Stockholm Stock Exchange).

The Company will inform about the further course ofthe strategic options review process and the key decisions made by meansof appropriate current reports, in accordance with applicable law.
