W związku z brakiem podpisania Umowy opcyjnej 1 o której mowa w raporcie nr 41/2021 (pomimo wcześniej otrzymanej informacji) Umowa opcyjna 2 o której mowa w raporcie nr 41/2021 z dnia 30 grudnia 2021 r. wygasła. W związku z powyższym Umowy nie wywołują żadnych skutków prawnych.

In connection with the failure to sign Option Agreement 1 referred to in the report No. 41/2021 (despite the information received earlier) Option Agreement 2 referred to in the report No. 41/2021 of 30 December 2021 expired. As a result, the Agreements have no legal effect.
