Huuuge,Inc. (the "Issuer"), hereby announces the estimated consolidated revenueexcluding deferred revenue (bookings) in the fourth quarter of 2021.

Salesbookings amounted to USD 89.1 million, which constitutes approx. 1.5%decrease year to year, i.e., compared to the fourth quarter of 2020 andapprox. 3.1% decrease compared to the third quarter of 2021._#160;

Atthe same time, the Issuer announces that this report contains onlypreliminary data (excluding deferred revenue), which may differ from thefinal data. The final information on revenues will be published in theannual report for the year 2021._#160;
